Abstract

|
We herein present a case of ureteritis, pyelitis and pyelonephritis emphysematosa which occurred in 51-year-old diabetic woman. Nephrostomy under the local anesthesia was performed as a life-saving procedure and 25 days later nephrectomy was done. The use of nephrostomy as an initial life-saving procedure is suggested.
